Committment to Human Rights?

Committment to Human Rights? A/C.3/68/L.48 Combating intolerance, negative stereotyping, stigmatization, discrimination, incitement to violence and violence against persons, based on religion or belief  begins by reaffirming an accursed lie.
Reaffirming the commitment made by all States under the Charter of the
United Nations to promote and encourage universal respect for and observance of
all human rights and fundamental freedoms without distinction as to, inter alia, religion or belief,

All states committed

Really?  Are the members of the OIC fully committed to  respect and enforce human rights without regard to religion or are they Muslims?  The founder of Islam declared that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims and that we only obtain human rights by becoming Muslims.  Have the rulers of the OIC member states abjured Muhammad's sunah?
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

Islamic law prohibits conquered Jews & Christians from ringing bells, displaying crosses, praying aloud in public, riding horses, owning weapons, building & repairing churches. Which document do the Islamic states commit to follow: the UN Charter or Shari'ah?

Obligation to fight or right to life?

Moe declared that he was obligated to fight us until we become Muslims. The  demonic imperatives which establish that obligation are found in Surah Al-Anfal 8.39 and Surah At-Taubah 9.29. The Reliance Of The Traveller, handbook of Shari'ah of the Shafi'i school,  makes it clear in O9.1 that Muslims are obligated to mount a minimum of one military expedition against passive infidels in every year when it is possible.
09.1 Jihad is a communal obligation (def:
c3.2). When enough people perform it to successfully
accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon
others (0: the evidence for which is the Prophet's
saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),
"He who provides the equipment for a soldier
in jihad has himself performed jihad,"
and Allah Most High having said:
"Those of the believers who are unhurt but sit
behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah's
path with their property and lives. Allah has preferred
those who fight with their property and
lives a whole degree above those who sit behind.
And to each. Allah has promised great good"
(Koran 4:95).
If none of those concerned perform jihad,
and it does not happen at all, then everyone who
is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, ifthere
was a possibility of having performed it. In the
time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him
peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his
emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent
times, there are two possible states in respect to
non-Muslims.
The first is when they are in their own countries,
in which case jihad (def: 09.8) is a communal
obligation, and this is what our author is speaking
of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation,"
meaning upon the Muslims each year.
The second state is when non-Muslims invade
a Muslim country or near to one, in which case
jihad is personally obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the
inhabitants of that country, who must repel the
non-Muslims with whatever they can).

For the benefit of those not sufficiently intelligent to obtain a God blessed clue, the Imam issued an explanatory fatwa of fewer words and greater clarity. it is quoted on page 18 of The Book of Jihad.
“The minimum participation in Jihad is once a year, and more is always better. It is not allowed to have a year pass you by without any fighting except out of necessity like the weakness of Muslims and the great numbers of the enemy, or fear of extermination if you attack them first, or lack of provisions, or similar excuses. Otherwise, if there is no necessity it is not allowed to delay attacking the non-believers for more than a year.” Imam Shafi’i states that.

Defense

Muslims assert that Islam only fights defensively. Show me the element of defense in the above cited ayat, hadith and law. There ain't any. Hedaya, the fiqh of the Hanifi school, clarifies the matter explicitly.

The destruction of the sword  is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors, as appears from various passages in the  sacred writings which are generally received this effect.

If the Muslim states adhere to their sacred text, the sunnah of their Profit  and their shari'ah, then they are not committed to our right to life.  If they are committed to the right to life, then they are apostates, subject to the death penalty for apostasy, specified in Reliance O8.1.
