terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion

Every year the General Assembly of the United Nations resolves to shield Islam from criticism under the guise of "Combating intolerance, negative stereotyping, stigmatization, discrimination, incitement to violence and violence against persons, based on religion or belief"3

    The '13 edition is labeled:     A/C.3/68/L.48.  Six paragraphs into the draft resolution, near the top of its second page, we discover the corrupt core of the resolution, contained in one sentence. that sentence is quoted below with the crucial clause highlighted for clarity. 

Reaffirming that terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization or ethnic group,

    Is terrorism associated with any religion?  The operative expression is "Islamic terrorism"; why is that so? What did the perpetrators of the

all have in common?  They pronounced the Takbir when they attacked; the same words pronounced when Muslims sacrifice hadi for Eid festivals: "Allahu Akbar". They are Muslims.

    Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and four co-conspirators signed a bragadocious confession in which they cited relevant Qur'an verses and classified their abomination as an act of worship. 

With regards to these nine accusations that you are putting us on trial for; to us, they are not
accusations. To us they are badges of honor, which we carry with pride. Many thanks to God, for his
kind gesture, and choosing us to perform the act of Jihad for his cause and to defend Islam and Muslims.
Therefore, killing you and fighting you, destroying you and terrorizing you, responding back to your
attacks, are all considered to be great legitimate duty in our religion. These actions are our offerings to
God. In addition, it is the imposed reality on Muslims in Palestine, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iraq, in the
land of the two holy sites [Mecca and Medina, Saudi Arabia], and in the rest of the world, where
Muslims are suffering from your brutality, terrorism, killing ofthe innocent, and occupying their lands
and their holy sites. Nevertheless, it would have been the greatest religious duty to fight you over your
infidelity.

    Read that again, concentrating on the highlighted clauses.   Mohammed Atta confirmed the obvious in his final message to the terrorists who hijacked the aircraft.

[...]3) Read al-Tawba and Anfal [traditional war chapters from the Qur'an] and reflect on their meanings and remember all of the things God has promised for the martyrs.[...]

[...]5) Pray during the night and be persistent in asking God to give you victory, control and conquest, and that He may make your task easier and not expose us.[...]

[...]When the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go back to this world. Shout, 'Allahu Akbar,' because this strikes fear in the hearts of the non-believers. God said: 'Strike above the neck, and strike at all of their extremities.' Know that the gardens of paradise are waiting for you in all their beauty, and the women of paradise are waiting, calling out, 'Come hither, friend of God.' They have dressed in their most beautiful clothing.

    Did Khalid Sheikh Mohammid, Mohammed Atta & associates misunderstand, twist, distort or pervert Allah's word, Muhammad's Sunnah and Shari'ah or were they acting in obedience to Allah; emulating Muhammad? 

I will cast terror

    Who said that?  Allah said that, in Surah Al-Imran 3.151, Allah said:  "We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve". In Surah Al-Anfal 8.12, Allah said: "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved". What did Allah do?

    In Surah Al-Ahzab 33.26, Allah said:  "Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives."  In Surah Al-Hashr 59.2, Allah said: "and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. ".

But they really fear

    The real terror is Moe and his army, as revealed by Allah in Surah Al-Hashr 59.13: "Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Banî An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh.".

Made Victorious with Terror

    Two ahadith in Sahih Bukhari are explicit concerning how Moe was made victorious. 1.7.331: "Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey. "  4.52.220: "I have been made victorious with terror ".

Jihad Imperatives

    Why did Atta tell the terrorists to study Surah Al-Anfal & At-Taubah?   Because those chapters contain the primary Jihad imperatives and the threat and promise which motivate Muslims to implement them.

• Mutilate bodies to terrify future victims:  8.12
• Fight them until only Allah is worshiped and resistance ends. 8.39
• Treat defeated victims harshly to strike terror into those to be attacked next. 8.57
• Maximize military power to terrify intended victims 8.60
• Make a great slaughter 8.67
• Kill them wherever you find them 9.5
• Fight people of the book until they are subjugated and pay extortion 9.29
• Go to war or go to Hell 9.38, 9.39
• Believers are only those who fight in Allah's cause, killing and being killed in return to the celestial bordello 9.111
• Believers are rewarded with an upgrade in the celestial bordello for any step taken to injure or enrage infidels 9.120
• Fight the disbelievers nearest you and be harsh against them 9.123

Terrorism: intrinsic sacrament of Islam

    Any rational and intelligent person will come to the obvious conclusion upon examining the evidence and observing the pattern.  There is no alternative. But the United Nations Ambassadors of Australia, Azerbaijan and Egypt (and the OIC member states) would have the United Nations declare that: 
"terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion" .  Those making the declaration and those who will vote to pass the resolution in the General Assembly are traitors to the human race. The resolution and its supporters are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

    If we can not associate terrorism with its source: Islamic doctrine & practice, then we can do nothing to eliminate it. Terrorism can only be eliminated by eliminating its source: Islam. The three international human rights covenants which require legal proscription of Islam for promoting war, genocide and suppression of human rights  must be enforced.  The present resolution was crafted to shield Islam from exposure, justice and eradication.

    Citizens of the United States can transmit to their Representative & Senators a link to the evidence of human rights violations.  by signing the International Qur'an Petition. Europeans should copy the petition and email it to their Member of Parliament and MEP.

Boston Marathon Bombing: Observe the Pattern!

 While it is possible that others have adopted the Islamic M.O., it is unlikely.  Multiple explosive devices set to detonate at the same time and disperse shrapnel into large crowds fits the pattern of Islamic terrorism.  A person of interest, described as a an exchange student from Saudi Arabia, was chased down and tackled by a witness.   Do you notice anything familiar?  Where were most of the Magnificent Nineteen from?  What kind of Visa did they use to gain admission?

    Why do Muslims need to hurt us?  Because we are not Muslims.  Everyone who is not Muslim is deemed to be a rebel against Allah, one who disbelieves, contradicts or opposes Allah & Moe. I disrespectfully direct doubters, dissenters & deniers to Surah Al-Ma'idah  5:33 and  Ibn Kathir's Tafsir thereof. . Surah Al-Imran 3:12 informs us that we are to be "defeated and gathered together into Hell". Surah At-Taubah 9:29 commands Muslims to wage war against Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians until we are subjugated and submit to extortion.  9:120 promises Muslims that any step taken to injure or enrage disbelievers will be imputed to them as a righteous good deed. When Judgment Day comes, after Muslims murder the last Jew, Allah will weigh their sins against their good deeds. The swing of the balance will determine where they spend eternity.

    Of course, Goddamned fools know that terrorism is harram in Islam. They know that killing innocent persons is forbidden They know something that ain't true. They do not know, because they have not read 5:33 and Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, that only Muslims are innocent. The prohibition is on killing Muslims. Since they have not read Sahih Bukhari, damned fools do not know that no Muslim shall be killed for killing a disbeliever.  UN resolutions declare that Islam cannot and must not be associated with terrorism.  There are four little problems with that: Allah said that he would cast terror and did cast terror. Moe said that he was made victorious with terror. Allah commands Muslims to strike terror into the hearts of disbelievers.

    Almighty God, who answers prayer, I beseech thee for the immediate death and eternal damnation of the perpetrators of the Boston bombing, and those who ordered, financed, facilitated, planned, aided, assisted and or approve of, celebrate, sympathize with or take pleasure in that most accursed crime against humanity.

    "Its Islam, stupid!"  And so long as there are believing Muslims on our soil; in our cities, it will not be possible to be safe and secure.  We must constantly anticipate the next flash of fire; the next blast, knifing, vehicular homicide or shooting.  Eventually, trust and comity will be completely shattered and normal life will be impossible. 

    Put an end to it. Disrespectfully and contumaciously demand proscription of the propagation & practice of Islam.  Tell your Congressman & Senators that, unless Muslims are expelled & excluded, they will be removed from office and replaced in the next election cycle.

Islam: the Right to Terrorize

Mohammad Atta, in his final message to the Magnificent 19, directed them to shout the Takbir while slaughtering because it terrifies disbelievers.

Psychological warfare

When the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go back to this world. Shout, 'Allahu Akbar,' because this strikes fear in the hearts of the non-believers.

    Moe used Takbir, Atta was emulating him.

When he entered the town, he said, 'Allahu Akbar! Khaibar is ruined. Whenever we approach near a (hostile) nation (to fight) then evil will be the morning of those who have been warned.' He repeated this thrice.[Sahih Bukhari 1.8.367]

50:40. And during a part of the night (also), glorify His praises (i.e. Maghrib and 'Isha prayers), and (so likewise) after the prayers [As-Sunnah, Nawâfil optional and additional prayers, and also glorify, praise and magnify Allâh - Subhân Allâh, Alhamdu lillâh, Allâhu-Akbar].

    What do they say when they pray? "Allahu Akbar!"  What do they say when they prey? "Allahu Akbar!" In their attacks it is a curse and instrument of terror. In their salat it is a confidence builder. Their prayers are pep rallies for terrorism. 

    The intent is to reinforce the faith of the Muslims while terrifying their intended victims; to appear courageous and invincible, rendering the victims fearful, confused and disorganized; scattering them so that they can not mount an effective defense. 

    Large rallies, demonstrations and prayer sessions with shouts of "Allahu Akbar!"are intended to afford Islam an image of mass and energy; overwhelming numbers, rapidly growing, which can not be resisted.   When Muslims prostrate themselves in the streets of large cities, they are not praying, they are preying; casting terror.

    In March of 2010, the HRC passed another hypocritical and deceptive resolution. This clause from the resolution stands out like a sore thumb.

7. Expresses deep concern, in this respect, that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism;

Who  associated Islam with terrorism?  Death & damnation to such a foul fiend!!  Guess who.

• 33:26  ...God did take them down from their strongholds and cast terror into their hearts. (So that) some ye slew, and some ye made prisoners....
• 59:2  ...But Allâh's (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes...

    Did I curse Daniel Pipes, Robert Spencer & Pamela Geller?  Did I curse Ray Ibrahim and Walid Shoebat? Did I curse myself?  No!!   I curse those who associated Islam with terrorism: Allah and Muhammad, death & eternal damnation be upon them with all putrid & prurient substances, in the hottest fires of Hell!!!

    This is not hate speech.  This is not inciting hatred.  This is not inciting violence.  This is exposing hate speech & incitement.

In a Washington Post article  about Islamic criticism of anti-terrorism training, Jeff Stein quotes Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser.  These quotes have been culled out of context.

But “to indict a whole system for using some people who hate or fear Islam,” he said, was “wrong.”

“It’s not a systematic problem,”

“equate political Islam and sharia with Islam itself.”

“If they see Islam itself as the problem, then the [training] strategy is dead in the water….It doesn’t present any type of solution.”.

Indicting Islam as a system

    To Dr. Jasser, Islam is a personal belief system; a non political religion. To Islam's founder, it was a way of life, encompassing the entire range of human events. Moe dictated and exemplified everything for his followers, right down to how to urinate & defecate. Moe's decision is law, in the context of this ayeh, it is matters of matrimony, but the rule extends to all issues he might decide. [Emphasis added.]

• 33:36. It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error.

Islam = Terrorism??

Is Islam wrongly associated with terrorism? The assertion implies that Islam does not sanction terrorism. An examination of Islam's canon of scripture & tradition discloses the truth.

Terror is mentioned in the Qur'an, in both eternal and temporal contexts; only the latter are relevant to this discussion. [Emphasis added.]

3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allah, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers).

...Allah next conveys the good news that He will put fear of the Muslims, and feelings of subordination to the Muslims in the hearts of their disbelieving enemies, because of their Kufr and Shirk. ... The Prohibition of Obeying the Disbelievers; the Cause of Defeat at Uhud

7:4. How many a township have We destroyed! As a raid by night, or while they slept at noon, Our terror came unto them.

(Our torment came upon them by night or while they were taking their midday nap. ) means, Allah's command, torment and vengeance came over them at night or while taking a nap in the middle of the day. Both of these times are periods of rest and leisure or heedlessness and amusement. Nations that were destroyed

8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes."

...(I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved.) means, `you -- angels -- support the believers, strengthen their (battle) front against their enemies, thus, implementing My command to you. I will cast fear, disgrace and humiliation over those who defied My command and denied My Messenger, (so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.) strike them on their foreheads to tear them apart and over the necks to cut them off, and cut off their limbs, hands and feet....Allah commands the Angels to fight and support the Believers

8:60. Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom God doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly.

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

(and cast terror into their hearts;) means fear, because they had supported the idolators in their war against the Messenger of Allah and the one who knows is not like the one who does not know. They had terrified the Muslims and intended to kill them so as to gain earthly power, but their plans backfired; the idolators ran away and the believers were victorious while the disbelievers were losers; where they had aimed for glory, they were humiliated. 59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Bani An-Nadir) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But Allah's (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

...Therefore, Allah sent His torment down on them; it can never be averted, and His appointed destiny touched them; it can never be resisted. The Prophet forced them to evacuate and abandon their fortified forts that Muslims did not think they would ever control. ...Then take admonition, O you with eyes.) meaning, "Contemplate the end of those who defied Allah's command, contradicted His Messenger and denied His Book. See how Allah's humiliating torment struck them in this life, as well as, the painful torment that Allah has reserved for them in the Hereafter.''... The End that Bani An-Nadir suffered

59:13. Of a truth ye are stronger (than they) because of the terror in their hearts, (sent) by God. This is because they are men devoid of understanding.

...(Verily, you are more fearful in their breasts than Allah.) meaning, the hypocrites fear you more than they fear Allah, as He says; (Behold! a section of them fear men as they fear Allah or even more.)... The False Promise of Support the Hypocrites gave to the Jews

Allah said that he would cast terror. He commanded Muslims to participate in it. He cast terror so that two Jewish tribes were conquered, their defenders killed & survivors enslaved. The second cited instance is established as a warning to future victims. That concept is reinforced by another ayeh.

8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

...(then disperse those who are behind them,) by severely punishing ﴿the captured people﴾ according to Ibn `Abbas, Al-Hasan Al-Basri, Ad-Dahhak, As-Suddi, `Ata' Al-Khurasani and Ibn `Uyaynah. This Ayah commands punishing them harshly and inflicting casualties on them. This way, other enemies, Arabs and non-Arabs, will be afraid and take a lesson from their end,... Striking Hard against Those Who disbelieve and break the Covenants

By reading those ayat, we discover that Allah sanctified & mandated terrifying those Islam sets out to conquer. In addition to the exemplification in 33:26 & 59:2, two ahadith confirm that Moe was a terrorist.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
The Prophet said, "I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey. ...

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand." Abu Huraira added: Allah's Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

Made victorious by awe / with terror; what could make it more clear? It becomes obvious to all but bigots that the association of Islam with terrorism is well warranted by the evidence.

Islam is a religion of PEACE. It doesn’t teach us to kill unlike other religions. Muslims start their greetings with “As-salaam-wa Alaikum Wa Rahmatu Allah Wa Barakatuh”, which means in English “May GOD’s peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.”

Allah states: “Whoever kills a human being… then it is as though he has killed all mankind; and whoever saves a human life it is as though he had saved all mankind.”

No one probably ever heard of such a stunning message of peace, which considers killing just one person (be it innocent or not) tantamount to killing the entire humanity? Now the doubters should not have any more skepticism about Muslim’s claim that “Islam is a religion of peace”.

The unjustified criticisms of and spitting venoms at Islam by the hateful Islam-bashers got to stop now..

What did the Muslims do? They invaded, terrorized, killed, enslaved & plundered. After the men surrendered, Moe had their heads cut off. He had the boys examined; those who reached puberty were decapitated, the juveniles were sold as slaves.

• Yeah, right, genocide is the hallmark of a peaceful religion. It is so peaceful that its purpose is fighting in Allah's cause, killing and being killed[9:111]. Another installment shows us how peaceful Islam is.

  Bottom Line:	Allah orders Muslims to make war on disbelievers until all resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped. This is confirmed in Bukhari1.8.387 and enshrined in Islamic law though not directly referenced by Reliance of the Traveller Book O9.9.

• Allah states: “Whoever kills a human being… then it is as though he has killed all mankind; and whoever saves a human life it is as though he had saved all mankind.”
• The quote is from Surah Al-Ma'idah 32. Of course, Muslims don't like to quote the next ayeh to Kuffar. But I like to, and I like to cite Ibn Kathir's tafsir of 5:32.
• The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.
• What is the meaning of "wage war against Allah"? Ibn Kathir gives an explicit answer: `Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways.. Notice the phrase I emphasized. disbelief is one of the definitions of waging war, which subjects one to the specified hudud.
• No one probably ever heard of such a stunning message of peace, which considers killing just one person (be it innocent or not) tantamount to killing the entire humanity?
• The catch is: only if that person is a Muslim! The parenthetical 'or not' is totally bogus. Islam does not recognize the sanctity of life of Kuffar

• Criticism of Islam is not unjustified. A trail of blood & tears; the bones of millions of innocent victims from Medina to Mumbai testify to this fatal fact. Those of us who understand Islam; who have read its revelation, tradition & exegeses will not be silent. Morality demands that we share our knowledge with others less informed.

Further confirmation is found in Shari'ah. Reliance of the Traveller is recognized as authentic by Al-Azhar. Book O, Chapter 9 defines Jihad, tells us how frequently it must be performed and against whom. This is Islamic law, and it condemns the war cult in the eyes of all sentient persons with a scintilla of morality.

  (O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion. [Refer to translator's notes to 2:190.]

  As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

  The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year. ...

• O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

  The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

  "Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),

  the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

  "I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"

  this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

  The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi' (y21), 6.48-49) ).

Jihad is defined as fighting Kuffar to establish Islam. It's minimal requirement is one military expedition per year. It is carried out against people of the book until they are subjugated & extorted and against all other people until they are converted. That is not my opinion, it is Islamic law derived from Qur'an & Sunnah as applied by the Shafi'ite school. Which mainstream Madh'hab rejects it? What does the Hanafi school say?

The destruction of the sword is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors, as appears from various passages in the traditions which are generally received to this effect. […] When the Muslims enter the enemy’s country and besiege the cities or strongholds of the infidels, it is necessary to invite them to embrace the faith, because Ibn Abbas relates of the Prophet that he never destroyed any without previously inviting them to embrace the faith. If, therefore, they embrace the faith, it is unnecessary to war with them, because that which was the design of the war is then obtained without war. […] If the infidels, upon receiving the call, neither consent to it nor agree to pay capitation tax, it is then incumbent on the Muslims to call upon God for assistance, and to make war upon them […]

How about the more pacifist Sufi? What did Al-Ghazali say?

One must go on jihad (i.e. warlike razzias or raids) at least once a year […] one may use a catapult against them [non-Muslims] when they are in a fortress, even if among them are women and children.
