Before I take up my speech, I want to express the strongest condemnation for the acts of

    Although we can never condone violence, the International community must not become silent
observers and should criminalize such acts that destroy the peace of the world and endanger
world security by misusing freedom of expression.

    Pakistan moves the United Nations to immediately address this alarming concern and bridge the
widening rift to enable the comity of nations to be one again.

acts of incitement

    Uttering and publishing Innocence of Muslims is not an act of incitement.  Uttering and publishing Fitna is not an act of incitement. Uttering and publishing The Prophet of Doom is not an act of incitement.  Trying and burning the Koran and an effigy of Moe is not an act of incitement.  Kutbah at Jumah Salat that include chants of Allahu Akbar & Jihad! Jihad! Jihad! are incitement. 

    Allah's Imperatives, threat & promise are incitement.  Islamic law is incitement: Reliance of the Traveller O9.8-14,  Hedaya 2:9:1:140. Placards reading "Behead Those Who Insult the Prophet!" are incitement.  Fatwa offering rewards for assassinating  the creator of the video are incitement. 

    Contumacious demands for imposition of Islamic blasphemy law incite us to redouble our efforts to expose the damnable doctrines of Islam and warn our fellow citizens of impending danger to our lives and liberties. 

Terrorism and extremism have destroyed human lives, tom social fabric, and devastated the

Terrorism and extremism

    Malignant malarkey!!! "Its Islam, stupid!" 'Terrorists' &  'extremists' are believers. Believers are only those who fight in Allah's cause, which is global conquest, killing others and being killed.  Believers are defined in the context of Surah Al-Anfal 1-6, 9:111 and 49:15.  Muslims are commanded to obey Allah, who commanded them to wage perpetual war against Pagans and People of the Book. Muslims are commanded to deal harshly with defeated victims so as to strike terror into the hearts of those to be attacked next. Muslims are commanded to maximize their military power so as to terrify their enemies. Allah declared that he would cast terror and did cast terror, so that a Jewish settlement suffered genocide, enslavement and dispossession.

    Moe bragged that he was made victorious by fear cast by Allah and by terror.  Muslims are commanded to emulate Moe and promised extra credit toward an upgrade in Allah's Celestial Bordello for any act of terrorism. 

    During the regime of Zia Ul-Haq, Brig. S.K. Malik wrote a strategy manual for the Pakistani Army.  That little book has a clue for you.

Terror struck into the hearts of the enemies is not only
a means, it is the end in itself. Once a condition of terror into

spiritual dislocation. To instill terror into the hearts of the enemy, 
it is essential. in the ultimate analysis, to dislocate his Faith. An
invincible Faith is immune to terror. A weak Faith offers inroads
to terror. The Faith conferred upon us by the Holy Qur'an has
the inherent strength to ward off terror from us and to enable
us to strike terror into the enemy. Whatever the form or type of
strategy directed against the enemy, it must, in order to be effective,
be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy. A strategy
that fails to attain this condition suffers from inherent drawbacks
and weaknesses; and should be reviewed and modified. This rule
is fully applicable to nuclear as well as conventional wars. It is
equally true of the strategy of nuclear deterrence in fashion
today. To be credible and effective, the strategy of deterrence
must be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy.

 

Ending Jihad & Terrorism

    The worthy goal of genuine peace and security can only be attained by eliminating Islam from the face of the earth. That requires destroying their faith: inducing mass apostasy among the Ummah by exposing them to the fatal facts of Islam including the character and actions of Allah & Moe. Innocence of Muslims points the way, but is incapable and insufficient.A few literate Muslims are searching the web with inquiries about the truth of the video. They want to know if it accurately reflects Moe and the war cult he founded.  Some of them are making a discovery through my blog post on that subject.  Unfortunately, the majority of the Ummah can not read.  Video is the most effective way to reach them.  Amateurish productions will not cut the mustard.  A full length feature documentary is required. Scripts have been prepared, but nobody has the SISU required to under take the production.  Our government should do it but will not.

Ibn Kathir quotes ahadith which are not included in Khan's translation but are included in Aisha Bewley's, in his explanation of 3:28.

In this case, such believers are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly. For instance, Al-Bukhari recorded that Abu Ad-Darda' said, "We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.'' Al-Bukhari said that Al-Hasan said, "The Tuqyah is allowed until the Day of Resurrection.''

Muslims are authorized to deceive threatening infidels but forbidden to form genuine relationships.  Muslims must shun infidels, even relatives. 

9:23. O you who believe! Take not for Auliyâ' (supporters and helpers) your fathers and your brothers if they prefer disbelief to Belief. And whoever of you does so, then he is one of the Zâlimûn (wrong-doers, etc.).

Innocence of Islam Update: Heinous Defamation of Islam Petition A growing number of Muslims has been searching the web for a petition demanding the banning of the video: Innocence of Muslims. Their searches have taken them to my blog posts about the video.  Now a petition has been uttered and published and I am taking it apart bit by bit because I take every instance of bitching about Islamophobia as an opportunity to redouble exposure of Islam's rotten core. 

    I am aware of the possibility that this blog post will increase the petition's publicity and signatures. So be it.  I have no doubt that it will receive far more signatures than the counter petition for preservation of free speech because Muslims are organized and highly motivated.

Preamble

In the light of the movie "Innocence of Muslims" the International Defamation Laws regarding religions must be revised.

An act of freedom is committed for liberation not for causing violence. Defamation of Religions must be barred. FREEdom of expression and action does not mean letting all hell lose if that be the case then there should never have been any laws made or enforced.
Any statement or act that causes social, political and mental unrest to any section, sector, social group of society must have a law against it

Petition

The movie "Innocence of Muslims" must be internationally banned and International Defamation Laws must be revised to ensure that no more intolerable religious slandering and defamation is carried out by any individual or group of individuals against any Religious groups.

Innocence of Muslims

    Islamic doctrine holds that only Muslims are innocent: all others are rebelling against Allah and his Messenger. Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:33 lists the punishments  applicable to rebels against Allah and his Messenger including crucifixion, amputations and expulsion.  It is only when we turn to Tafsir Ibn Kathir that we learn the meaning of "wage war" in this context.  A list of alternative elements is included, and it "includes disbelief."

     Anyone who does not believe in Allah and embrace Islam is guilty of "waging war against Allah and his Messenger"; subject to execution.  The Hanifi school's code of Shari'ah rules that infidelity is to be punished by "destruction" .  In the case of Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians, payment of Jizya may be substituted for destruction.  It also states that Infidels may be attacked without provocation.  For the details on Jizya, click the link above and scroll up to page 213.

Are Muslims innocent?

    Muslims are commanded to obey Allah and his Messenger.  They are commanded to emulate Muhammad.  Allah's imperatives which must be obeyed include: offensive conquest against Pagans and People of the Book, terrorism [See also 8:57 & 8:60] and genocide. Moe's exemplary conduct to be emulated includes: offensive conquest, genocide. rape of captured women and extortion. 

    To the extent that Muslims obey Allah and emulate Moe as they are commanded to do, they are not innocent.  To the extent that they disobey, they are hypocrites, whose Islam goes no deper than their throats, who are to be killed.

International Defamation Laws

    There are no international laws prohibiting defamation of religion.  The HRC & GA resolutions passed each year for the last decade do not have the force of law, they serve only to give immoral authority to national blasphemy laws, which are used to persecute indigenous minorities. An Ad Hoc Cmte. of the HRC has been established to elaborate complementary standards to be injected into ICERD through a binding protocol which would impose Islamic blasphemy law on the signatories to ICERD.

    Under Shari'ah, any contradiction of Islam is punishable. Simply saying "Jesus is Lord" can cost you your head.  Reviling Allah, Moe or Islam can cost you your head.  It is labeled as mentioning "anything impermissible".  Simple denial of Allah's deity  or Moe's prophethood is sufficient. 

    Under the numerous resolutions, associating Islam with terrorism is condemned.  If the Ad Hoc Cmte. is successful, this listing of evidence of the association will be a criminal offense.  3:151, 8:12,39,57,60,65,67, 9:5,29,38, 39,111,120,123, 33:26,27, 47:4,49:15, 59:2,13, 61:10-13; Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331 & 4.52.220.

    Our founders revolted against King George in 1776. Ten years later, J.Q. Adams and T. Jefferson were asking Tripoli's Ambassador to England by what right the Barbary Pirates sacked our shipping.  They were told that it was written in their laws that Infidels should be attacked.  You would make Jefferson's report to Congress a criminal act. 

free speech

    Free speech is essential to a representative republic so that the citizens can discuss political issues and matters of state without fear of persecution.  The First Amendment guarantees that we can criticize President Obama and his policies without fear of arrest and detention.

Obamination

• "Our Muslim allies."

    Each and every one of those statements is a God damned lie. Our liberties would be denied and our lives endangered by criminalizing uttering & publishing refutations of those lies.  For example: this list of relevant ayat is proof of the falsehood of the third listed lie.     Our lives and liberties are already endangered by prohibiting instructors at West Point and the War College from telling the truth about Islamic doctrine and practice.

causing violence

    Violence is caused by the damnable doctrines of Islam, not by exposing them in videos.  The Innocence of Muslims was on line for more than a month with no violence until it was exploited by Egyptians as a pretext for violence required by their damnable doctrines.

Defamation

    To be defamatory, speech must be false and malicious under Western legal standards. Islam's slander law is different; it prohibits any speech the subject does not like.

R2.2: Slander

Slander (ghiba) means to mention anything concerning a person that he would dislike, whether about his body, religion, everyday life, self, disposition, property, son, father, wife, servant, turban, garment, gait, movements, smiling, dissoluteness, frowning, cheerfulness, or anything else connected with him.

defamation of Islam

    Islam is already infamous because Moe deliberately built a reputation for barbarian rapine so as to terrorize future victims, rendering them incapable of mounting an effective defense.  I refer doubters, dissenters and deniers to  8:57 & 59:13. Religion

    By tradition, it is assumed that anything wearing the mantle of religion is one, and is an equally valid pathway to deity, on a par with Judaism and Christianity.  Assumptions make asses of you.  Islam is perpetual war, far from being benign, beneficent and anodyne, it is mercenary, martial and malignant.  For those damned fools who know that "Islam is not war", I have a surprise: Moe told the truth once.

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Jihad is the original religion of Islam, which must not be abandoned on pain of execration.  Jihad is preferred  over agriculture and trade as an economic model.

    If defamation of religions were banned, and the proscriptions on genocide and propaganda for war were enforced, the Shari'ah, along with Qur'an,  hadith  & tafsir would be outlawed and their publication & reading prohibited.     Due to poor auditory accuity and worse typing skills, this transcript is somewhat imperfect, but I managed to make out the important points in the screed.

Both the film and the czrtoons are malicious and deliberately provocative. The film  particularly portrays a disgracefully distorted image of Muslims and the High Clmmissioner has stated clearly she understands why people would want to protest strongly against the film but obviously the cartoons as well and makes clear their right to do so, but peacefully .

And, nevertheless, we obviously absolutely condemn the killings in Bengazi and the killings that have taken place since then we understand around thirty people have now died liniked to the film in particular and there's no possible justification for the violence and destructive reactions.  We urge religious and political leaders to make a major effort to restore calm and we welcome the fact that very senior Muslim figures have been saying similar things about ...writing about these provocations--stupid provocations. 

    I am not going to post the Charlie Hebdo cartoons, but I have posted a link to Bare Naked Islam, where you can see them in all their peurility. The sub sophomoric cartoons seem to be takeoffs on the video: "Innocence of Muslims"and Muslim reaction to it.  Here is the video for those who have not yet viewed it or need a refresher.

    Of course they are provocative, they are intended to provoke thought and inquiry.  And people are inquiring about whether or not the video reflects reality or fiction. The lucky ones are viewing my blog post which documents the conceptual content of the video.  Dr. Ali Sina has written that it is necessary to insult Muslims to get their attention.  I agree with him.  In my opinion, the video, while provocative, is not malicious.  Hebdo seems to be pushing his pen over the line. I perceive that the French cartoonist  shares the attitude of Pat Condell and raises it to a new order of magnitude. 

They wound up Pat real tight, didn't they! Of course he is factually and logically right.

    Because Islam is what Moe said and did, the video also portrays Islam accurately.  It is pure, unmitigated evil: a continuing crime against humanity-- predation.  When Moe declares that infidels are to be killed, their widows raped, orphans enslaved and property seized, he is describing the central mission of Islam.

    How did Moe get his income?  The Qur'an & hadith have clues for you.

You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

 

Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 37, Number 495:

    Narrated Abu Huraira:

    Whenever a dead man in debt was brought to Allah's Apostle he would ask, "Has he left anything to repay his debt?" If he was informed that he had left something to repay his debts, he would offer his funeral prayer, otherwise he would tell the Muslims to offer their friend's funeral prayer. When Allah made the Prophet wealthy through conquests, he said, "I am more rightful than other believers to be the guardian of the believers, so if a Muslim dies while in debt, I am responsible for the repayment of his debt, and whoever leaves wealth (after his death) it will belong to his heirs. "

 

Bukhari  Ch 61 # 2756: ...It is mentioned from Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, "My provision has been placed under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been placed on the one who disobeys my command.

provocations  

    Muslims do not require provocation to attack infidels.  Islam considers infidels to be rebels against Allah who deserve to be killed.  Reliance of the Traveller, O9.1 describes the communal obligation to mount a minimum of one military expedition against innocent infidels in every year.  Hedaya, Volume II, Book IX, page 141 is explicit.

The destruction of the sword  is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors, as appears from various passages in the  sacred writings which are generally received this effect.

infidelity

    Infidelity means not being Muslim; a status offense carying the death penalty.  Infidels are to be destroyed as per the quote from Hedaya shown above.  Moe's need for income caused him to compromise, substituting extortion or destruction in the case of Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians. For the disgusting details, begin reading at page  213.

free expression

    The first amendment was created because, in a representative republic, freedom to criticize the government and it policies is necessary to maintenance of liberty. Likewise, we must be free to identify, accurately describe and warn against sources of impending danger.  Thomas Jefferson bought a 'Qur'an to learn the doctrines of his enemy before fighting the Barbary Wars.  Since the Accursed Abomination, we need to be able to accurately describe, criticize and raise the alarm against Islam, whose damnable doctrines motivated the murderers who perpetrated the attack.

    The Fort Hood Massacre happened precicely because the government turned an eye blinded by political correctness away from the curseworthy belief system of Maj. Nidal Malik Hassan.  Now they are preventing our officer corps from receiving accurate training about enemy doctrine.  George Washington said it best.

Ad Hoc Cmte: War on Free Speech

 The UN's war on freedom of expression is waged in two parallel plains: resolutions and international covenants.  The former have no enforcement mechanism; the latter have the force of international law binding on signatories.   On the covenant plain, the weapon is the Ad Hoc Cmte. and the mechanism is ICERD.  The OIC and its allies seek to insert Islam's blasphemy laws into ICERD through a binding protocol which would establish new norms criminalizing criticism of Islam.

    This plain of conflict is under reported and little known.  the action takes place below the radar. Unfortunately, it is the most dangerous to our cherished liberty because its outcome will have the force of international law. 
  
    The committee holds two ten day sessions each year.  Those sessions have been marked by conflict which has resulted in narrowing the scope of its deliberations, excluding Islamophobia.  This resolution is an expression of frustration and demand for results.

    Once ICERD is amended to criminalize criticism of Islam, the creators of Fitna, Innocence of Muslims and the Motoons could be persecuted in national and international courts and sentenced to prison or death. 

    The HRC and GA resolutions give immoral support to national blasphemy laws used to persecute indigenous Christians in Indonesia & Pakistan, but they have no teeth. The mission of the Ad Hoc Committee has venomous fangs.

As Secretary Clinton said today, the United States government had nothing to do with this movie.  We reject its message and its contents.  We find it disgusting and reprehensible.  America has a history of religious tolerance and respect for religious beliefs that goes back to our nation’s founding.  We are stronger because we are the home to people of all religions, including millions of Muslims, and we reject the denigration of religion.
