An email from a state Act For America chapter on the East Coast alerted me to the existence of another red hot video clip. This one, from MEMRI, shows Hamas leaders spewing their genocidal venom prior to Israel's well justified retaliatory strike into Gaza.

The video, a compilation of MEMRI TV clips that aired prior to the current Gaza crisis, includes statements by Hamas leaders calling for the annihilation of Israel and of all Jews, for death to America, and for the Islamic conquest of the world.

Its Shari'ah, Stupid #5

This is the fifth in a series of posts focusing on quotes from fiqh. These quotes were contained in the Offensive Jihad thread at FOMI.nu and are preserved in this Windows Help File.

Juval Aviv on Next Terrorist Attack in US

Juval Aviv was the Israeli Agent upon whom the movie 'Munich' was based. He was Golda Meir's bodyguard -- she appointed him to track down and bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who took the Israeli athletes hostage and killed them during the Munich Olympic Games.

In a lecture in New York City a few weeks ago, he shared information that EVERY American needs to know -- but that our government has not yet shared with us.

He predicted the London subway bombing on the Bill O'Reilly show on Fox News stating publicly that it would happen within a week. At the time, O'Reilly laughed and mocked him saying that in a week he wanted him back on the show. But, unfortunately, within a week the terrorist attack had occurred.

Juval Aviv gave intelligence (via what he had gathered in Israel and the Middle East) to the Bush Administration about 9/11 a month before it occurred. His report specifically said they would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments. Congress has since hired him as a security consultant.

Now for his future predictions. He predicts the next terrorist attack on the U.S. will occur within the next few months.

Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try and hijack a plane again as they know the people onboard will never go down quietly again. Aviv believes our airport security is a joke -- that we have been reactionary rather than proactive in developing strategies that are truly effective.

For example:

1) Our airport technology is outdated. We look for metal, and the new explosives are made of plastic.

2) He talked about how some idiot tried to light his shoe on fire. Because of that, now everyone has to take off their shoes. A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives. Now we can't bring liquids on board. He says he's waiting for some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosive on his underwear; at which point, security will have us all traveling naked! Every strategy we have is 'reactionary.'

3) We only focus on security when people are heading to the gates.

Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in. It would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom or get a drink, and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved. In Israel, security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.

Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate. (i. e., Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, big cities (New York, San Francisco, Chicago, etc.) and that it will also include shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as rural America this time (Wyoming, Montana, etc.).

The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country (terrorists like big impact), involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas.

Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.

Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U. S. government does not want to 'alarm American citizens' with the facts.

The world is quickly going to become 'a different place', and issues like 'global warming' and political correctness will become totally irrelevant.

On an encouraging note, he says that Americans don't have to be concerned about being nuked. Aviv says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons. They like to use suicide as a front-line approach. It's cheap, it's easy, it's effective; and they have an infinite abundance of young militants more than willing to 'meet their destiny'.

He also says the next level of terrorists, over which America should be most concerned, will not be coming from abroad. But will be, instead, 'homegrown' -- having attended and been educated in our own schools and universities right here in the U. S. He says to look for 'students' who frequently travel back and forth to the Middle East. These young terrorists will be most dangerous because they will know our language and will fully understand the habits of Americans; but that we Americans won't know/understand a thing about them.

Aviv says that, as a people, Americans are unaware and uneducated about the terroristic threats we will, inevitably, face. America still has only have a handful of Arabic and Farsi speaking people in our intelligence networks, and Aviv says it is critical that we change that fact SOON.

So, what can America do to protect itself?

From an intelligence perspective, Aviv says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for intelligence. We need to, instead, follow Israel's, Ireland's and England's hands-on examples of human intelligence, both from an infiltration perspective as well as to trust 'aware' citizens to help. We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens; however, our U. S. government continues to treat us, its citizens, 'like babies'. Our government thinks we 'can't handle the truth' and are concerned that we'll panic if we understand the realities of terrorism. Aviv says this is a deadly mistake.

Aviv recently created/executed a security test for our Congress, by placing an empty briefcase in five well-traveled spots in five major cities. The results? Not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out. In fact, in Chicago, someone tried to steal the briefcase!

In comparison, Aviv says that citizens of Israel are so well 'trained' that an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds by citizen(s) who know to publicly shout, 'Unattended Bag!' The area would be quickly & calmly cleared by the citizens themselves. But, unfortunately, America hasn't been yet 'hurt enough' by terrorism for their government to fully understand the need to educate its citizens or for the government to understand that it's their citizens who are, inevitably, the best first-line of defense against terrorism.

Aviv also was concerned about the high number of children here in America who were in preschool and kindergarten after 9/11, who were 'lost' without parents being able to pick them up, and about ours schools that had no plan in place to best care for the students until parents could get there. (In New York City, this was days, in some cases!)

He stresses the importance of having a plan, that's agreed upon within your family, to respond to in the event of a terroristic emergency. He urges parents to contact their children's schools and demand that the schools, too, develop plans of actions, as they do in Israel.

Does your family know what to do if you can't contact one another by phone? Where would you gather in an emergency? He says we should all have a plan that is easy enough for even our youngest children to remember and follow.

Aviv says that the U. S. government has in force a plan that, in the event of another terrorist attack, will immediately cut-off EVERYONE's ability to use cell phones, blackberries, etc., as this is the preferred communication source used by terrorists and is often the way that their bombs are detonated.

How will you communicate with your loved ones in the event you cannot speak? You need to have a plan.

The name goes just too well with you. Anyways I would not want to argue with you. Allah states that Deaf, dumb and blind (spiritually), will not return (To the path).

Some of the quotes that you have put in are not from authentic source and most of them are just cut pasted blindly without knowing the interpretation and meaning correctly. Over the internet and other media, and prints, people like you have interpreted the teachings of Islam (Quran, Hadith) in their own words. Non-believers have written what not. But the authentic Quran is and will always be there in the hearts of its believers till the end of time. Non-beleivers attempt to revise, it like the Bible and other scriptures will never suceed. Quran is the only religious scripture that still and will always exist in its original form. It is the WORD of God. I dont know how people who had never ever learnt islam in true sense can comment on it. Quoting a line from a verse presents it in an ambiguous form. The context has to be understood. I generally quote from the Hilali & Khan translation of the Qur'an and link to a table of ten parallel translations at www.quranbrowser.com so that the reader can compare the translations and see that the meanings are the same though the words vary. Anyone who can read these posts can follow the links and easily access the context through prominent links on the quran browser site.
Allah's commands are contained in clear verses. Ibn Kathir confirms their meanings in his tafsir. Those commands are the most important part of the case I make against Moe's Murder Cult. Your accusation lacks the requisite specificity, try to provide some concrete examples..

There is no need for interpretation of the verses I quote. Their meanings are clear on the face of the text, confirmed by tafsir and hadith. The most important of them, 8:39 & 9:29, are confirmed by tafsir, hadith and Shari'ah. In the present instance, I quoted and linked to the ayat & hadith, linked to the tafsir and quoted Shari'ah, which form a congruent pattern which is verified by the cited tafsir, whose titles alone should be convincing to the objective reader.

Craig Winn synthesized several translations in The Prophet of Doom; I see no need to do so. Several gentlemen who grew up in Arabic cultures and studied the Qur'an in the Arabic language confirmed the relative accuracy of the Hilali & Khan translation. Moe had good reason for his prohibition on carrying the Qur'an into Dar al-Harb.

You accuse me of something I did not do. In the present instance, I quoted the entire verse and provided a link to parallel translations and to Ibn Kathir's Tafsir which displays both the Arabic and the English translation. As a rule, I only truncate a verse when the context is not vital to the discussion and In those cases, I always provide a link. Is not the true sense of Islam that which Moe practiced, as revealed in the Sira & Sunnah? When Allah said "fight them/those who until" and Moe said "I am commanded to fight" & was quoted by Caliph Umar and his general, the meaning is obvious, just as it appears in Reliance of the Traveller.
Have you obtained Allah's original copy, to compare with the modern Arabic version? Can you read and comprehend the classical Arabic without diacritical marks? Even Moe did not always recite it consistently.
The only evidence of the Qur'an being Allah's word, and of Allah being God, is the Qur'an; a prime example of circular argument. What proof can be provided for the assertions? There can be no real doubt that Moe recited situational scripture, which was confirmed by his child bride.

What is so great about Islam except great slaughter? Argumentum ad numerum cuts no mustard. Moe's "rightly guided" Caliphs conquered many people and forcibly converted them in regions with a large population base and high birth rate. With modern medicine, as survival rates increased, the populations expanded rapidly.
We have nothing but Moe's assertion to prove that he was a prophet, revealing Allah's word. There is no objective evidence to prove his claims, they are matters of faith, not proof.
According to Allah, acceptance or rejection of Islam is a matter of predestination [36:7-10].

According to the traditions recorded by Bukhari, Moe suborned murder, explicitly endorsed rape, and permitted wife beating, though he personally disapproved of the practice. He also married the six year old daughter of his best friend. He had Kinana tortured to death, then added his widow to his harem. An all around nice guy by any standards.

Consider the case of Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini, Grand Ayatollah of Iran. He was a student of the Koran from age 6 and studied Shari'ah & Fiqh at the seminary in Qom. Guess what he said about Islam.

“Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those [who say this] are witless. Islam says: Kill all the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! Does this mean that Muslims should sit back until they are devoured by [the unbelievers]? Islam says: Kill them, put them to the sword and scatter [their armies]…. Islam says: Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for the Holy Warriors! There are hundreds of other [Qur’anic] psalms and Hadiths [sayings of the Prophet] urging Muslims to value war and to fight. Does all this mean that Islam is a religion that prevents men from waging war? I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim.”

Allah refers to us as "the worst of moving creatures"; "sons of apes and swine". He orders Moe to make war on us and curses us.

Allah sanctified terrorism in 3:151 & 8:12, commanding preparation for it in 8:60 and putting it into practice in 33:26 & 59:2. Moe bragged about it in Bukhari 1.7.331 & 4.52.220. The tyranny of any tyrant and the justice of any just (ruler) will not invalidate it. One must have faith in Divine decree.

The Earth belongs to Allah and his Messenger; to be possessed by Jihad. Once it is in Muslim hands, it is there forever, not to be relinquished. The clearest statement of this is in Article 11 of the Hamas Charter. Israel, by regaining possession of her ancient patrimony, conquered by Caliph Umar in 638, is the ultimate insult to Islam: it proves that Allah is an impotent idol. WE HAVE NO way of determining which Muslims subscribe to pure Islam. The reason this matters is that pure Islam is seditious. Islamic doctrine is more political than religious, and its sole political goal is the domination of Islam over all over religions and all governments.

It is a Muslim's religious duty to achieve that political goal.

When Muslims move to a country, a certain percentage of them start agitating for special considerations. They start to organize and influence the nation politically in a way that is good for Islam and bad for freedom and equality. When the percentage of the Muslims in a nation's population becomes high enough, they gain so much political power that freedoms and rights begin to disappear. (Watch this video to learn more.)

Given all this, until we have a way of determining who is dedicated to pure Islam, no more Muslims should be allowed to immigrate into free countries.

Does this seem extreme? It's not as bad as it might seem. We already choose who can immigrate and who cannot. We make the rules. This is our country, after all. We are not under any obligation to allow anyone to immigrate who wants to. They do it with our blessing or they don't do it.

So this policy is simply adding to the already-existing filter.

This is not racist. Islam is not a race; it's an ideology. The policy of stopping Muslim immigration is simply acknowledging the reality of the Islamic teachings. I know there are Muslims who reject the violent and intolerant verses of the Qur'an. But Islam also teaches taqiyya and we have no way of knowing who is sincere and who is deliberately deceiving us.

We should not take the chance, at least until we find some way to discern between people who genuinely reject the political goals of Islam and those who do not. In the meantime, we should stop all immigration into free countries by Muslims while we can. You can get the process started right now by signing this petition.

These communications (9:112, 9:36, 9:5, 9:29, 9:38-9, 9:41) mean that the jihad, and rising up in arms in particular, is obligatory for all able-bodied [believers], exempting no one, just as prayer, pilgrimage and [payment of] alms are performed […] They may also mean that the duty of [jihad] is a collective (kifaya) duty different from that of prayer: Those who perform it in the war against the polytheists will fulfil the duty and receive the supererogatory merit, thereby preventing those who stayed behind from falling into error. […]

If all men failed to perform the duty so that no able-bodied man went forth to battle, all I am afraid, would fall into error.

"Rising up in arms" is not consistent with defensive fighting; it implies aggressive Jihad. Defensive fighting, when Dar ul-Islam is invaded, is fard ayn: an obligation binding upon all able bodied Muslims individually. Aggressive Jihad is fard kifaya. Refer to Reliance of the Traveller, O9.1 & O9.3.

"If all men failed to perform the duty so that no able-bodied man went forth to battle, all I am afraid, would fall into error."
Jihad is an obligation; it must be done according to Allah's commands. What commands? Those cited in the Shari'ah.

9:5. Then when the Sacred Months (the Ist, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islamic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikun (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and prepare for them each and every ambush. But if they repent and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat, then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
9:29. Verily, the number of months with Allah is twelve months (in a year), so was it ordained by Allah on the Day when He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are Sacred, (i.e. the 1st, the 7th, the 11th and the 12th months of the Islamic calendar). That is the right religion, so wrong not yourselves therein, and fight against the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) collectively , as they fight against you collectively. But know that Allah is with those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2).
9:38. O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allah (i.e. Jihad) you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter.
9:39. If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allah is Able to do all things.
9:41.March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allah. This is better for you, if you but knew.
9:112. (The believers whose lives Allah has purchased are) those who repent to Allah (from polytheism and hypocrisy, etc.), who worship Him, who praise Him, who fast (or go out in Allah's Cause), who bow down (in prayer), who prostrate themselves (in prayer), who enjoin (people) for Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all what Islam has ordained) and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism of all kinds and all that Islam has forbidden), and who observe the limits set by Allah (do all that Allah has ordained and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which Allah has forbidden). And give glad tidings to the believers.

The last listed, 112, must be understood in the context of its immediate predecessor.

9:111. Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allah's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .

Professor Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of Law, St. Paul , Minnesota , points out some interesting facts concerning the 2008 Presidential election:

-Number of States won by: Democrats: 20; Republicans: 30

-Square miles of land won by: Democrats: 580,000; Republicans: 2,427,000

-Population of counties won by: Democrats: 127 million; Republicans: 143 million

-Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Democrats: 13.2; Republicans: 2.1

Professor Olson adds:

"In aggregate, the map of the territory Republican won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens.

Democrat territory mostly encompassed where many citizens are living in rented or government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

Fight in the name of God and in the ”path of God” [i.e. truth]. Combat [only] those who disbelieve in God. Whenever you meet your polytheistic enemies, invite them [first] to adopt Islam. If they do so, accept it, and let them alone. […] If they refuse [to accept Islam], then call upon them to pay the jizya; if they do, accept it and leave them alone. If you besiege the inhabitants of a fortress or a town and they try to get you to let them surrender on the basis of God’s judgment, do not do so, since you do not know what God’s judgment is, but make them surrender to your judgment and then decide their case according to your own views.

This is obviously derived from Muslim Book 019, Number 4294. It is Islamic law from the Hanafi school. It ain't peaceful, it is aggressive.
